Epsilon

Epsilon was developed by Eon, over at Armour games. In 2008, the Hadron particle collider over at CERN’s particle physics lab in Switzerland, was activated for the first time. It is the largest thing humanity has ever built. all sorts of wild theories about space time are being explored with the hopes of answering some of humanities most intriguing questions – Are there extra dimensions? What is dark matter? Is time travel possible?

With the whole world watching to see what happens next, the gaming community has put their hat in the ring with some outstanding new concepts where-in the player (you) gets to manipulate the time/space continuum and gravity itself.

I’ve always found games to be a great way to get the juices flowing, and a well designed game can really get you to challenge you mind a fair bit. In this game, creator Eon makes use of the wormhole concept (a wormhole is a theoretical place where space folds over on itself and connects vast distances in a single point), as well as gravity shift, time reversal, and general cognitive dexterity. You are going to have to think your way through these puzzles if you hope to complete this one.

Special thanks to Geier Arnold for the original soundtrack, and Eon for the game design.
